The L-shape of this house with it’s large and driveway and the cool palm trees in front inspired us. We kept the footprint of the house (preserving the palm trees!) and added a floor so that we could completely transform the old house, while building on that on that inviting curb appeal.
The yard was a mess and very unappealing. We cleaned it up and added a huge sliding door from the living area to connect it with the indoors and give it back the admiration and enjoyment it deserved.
